How to Edit an Existing Page

1. Login to your site
2. In the "Control Panel", select "Content"
3. Sort by "Type" or by "Title"
4. Find the page you want to edit
5. Click "Edit" to the far right of the title of the page
6. From here you will be able to edit all applicable information; here are the purposes of each section on the admin edit side of the page:

  • Title - This is the title of your page and what will show when someone is viewing the page on your site
  • Image (only applicable on some sites) - you can just upload an image here that will automatically post at the beginning of the page
  • Body - This is where you will put all content for your new page
  • Menu Settings (optional) - This is where you will select what menu this new page will be added to; check the "Provide a Menu Link" box. Here are the "Menu Settings" fields:
    • Menu Link Title - The title/name of the link as it will appear in the menu
    • Description - this is what will appear when someone hovers over the menu title on the site
    • Parent Item - This is where you will select the menu that this new page will be added to - MAIN MENU IS THE MAIN NAVIGATION MENU
    • Weight (optional) - This will sort the links within a specific menu in an order that you prefer
  • Body - This is where you will put all content for your new page

7. Once you've adjusted all necessary formation, then just click "Save" and you're done!
