You can manage your email account by going to http://mailadmin.oneeach.com and logging in with your email account information.
User Account: Email address before the '@domainname.org'
[Example: bob@yourwebsite.org - you would just enter 'bob' in the User Account field]
Domain Name: Your email address domain
Password: Your email password
